Everything you need to know about how orders are processed, how payment is structured, and what to expect from delivery.
Order Steps
You select your stone through consultation or directly from our catalog. A 30% deposit is required to reserve the stone and begin processing.
We prepare all paperwork — laboratory certificate, invoice, and any export documentation required for your destination country.
The remaining 70% is settled before shipment. We confirm receipt and proceed to secure packaging and carrier booking.
Every stone is packed in our branded presentation box and shipped via Brinks, Malca-Amit, or equivalent insured courier. Full tracking provided.
You receive the stone and have 7 days to inspect it. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return it in original condition for a full refund.
We remain available after delivery for any questions about the stone, setting recommendations, or future purchases. Our relationship does not end at delivery.
Payment
We accept international bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) as our primary payment method. For high-value orders, an escrow arrangement can be made through a recognised escrow service.
We also accept cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT on major networks. All transactions are handled with complete discretion.
